Cancellations
We require 100% of payment at time of booking.
RESERVATIONS ARE PROCESSED A THE TIME THE UNIT IS TAKEN OFF OF THE MARKET.
Check In is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM Central Standard Time Sunday through Thursday.
Check In is between 3:00PM and 8:00 PM Central Standard Time on Fridays and Saturdays.
We offer a self-checkout. Checkout is by 11AM. Simply go when you are ready with no other steps to take.
Cancellations require a 20-day notice for a full credit to use at a later date. There is no expiration for the credit on file and there is no cash refunds at any time for any reason. The payment is forfeited if cancelled within 20 days of and including arrival date.
Smoking in our units is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a $200 FEE to be applied to your credit card.
